A flow based class designed for all levels with a focus on practicing postures to create peace, balance, and freedom, in the body, mind, and spirit.
A traditional vinyasa yoga class with a contemporary dynamic flow. This fluid practice links breath with movement and balances strength with flexibility. Each teacher has their own unique style, so each flow class delivers a different experience. All flow yoga classes are appropriate for some beginner students up to advanced practitioners.
This is a gentle yoga class designed to relieve stress, relax and restore the body, mind, and spirit. This class is for all ability levels, guiding you through and encouraging the use of props to support the joints. Low lighting and soothing music are elements used to enhance your experience.
This is a slower-paced meditative class focusing on the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body for increased mobility. This class is generally suitable for all levels of students and is a perfect complement to your more active workout or yoga classes. This class uses mainly floor poses held for longer periods of time.
Connect with the earth, yourself, and the community at Fall Flow Outdoor Yoga! October through November you are invited to practice vinyasa yoga on the Yoga for Life deck! Each class you will unite breath and body as you flow through fall. All flow yoga classes are appropriate for some beginner students up to advanced practitioners. If there is inclement weather, the class will be offered inside the studio.
Come support our community with a Yoga Class. This 90 minute class is going to be amazing. Enjoy an all-level vinyasa followed by an extended savasana with a live sound bath/singing crystal bowls.
What makes this a community/karma class? Our instructors donate their time and we ask that you donate to our chosen community non-profit in lieu of using your regular class package/drop-in fee. Spreading good karma and building community all around!

A vinyasa flow set to contemporary Christian worship and inspirational music that focuses on strength, balance & flexibility. Each class incorporates scripture and ends with a short Biblical devotional. Appropriate for some beginners and more experienced yogis.
